About
Our sequence revolves around the idea of epiphany and self-discovery. Therefore, we decided to create a sequence of a burnout artist who is reinspired by a character from his earlier works.

In “My Imaginary Friend”, we follow Steven, a burnt out creative in the industry stuck in an artist’s block. He is constantly creating, but none of his work inspires him anymore. This block continues until an illustration from earlier in his artistic career comes to life. Nara, a pure childlike character filled with life, escapes out of his old drawing. Her goal is to remind him of a time where he was excited to create.
